About Eight Years Old, Whole City Under Her Command

The prodigious Hannah Sykes studies under Elias Sterling and becomes unmatched after 81 days of training—only to learn that one day on the mountain is actually a year in the mortal world. She is now 88 years old despite her eight-year-old appearance. Hannah leaves the mountains to find that everyone she once knew has aged or passed away. As she reunites with her now-elderly younger cousin and others from her past, strange things begin to unfold.
