The series begins with the mysterious death of a young man, quickly dismissed as a drug overdose. Oh So-ryong, leader of the investigative team “Trigger,” suspects foul play linked to the cult “Haven of Truth.” She and rookie Han Do infiltrate the cult, uncovering opium poppy fields and incriminating evidence. Despite a tense confrontation, they secure the proof needed for the police to arrest the cult leaders.
