The Witch They Burned

As talented witch Seraphina is sent to the stake by her beloved mentor Kael, ancient thorn black flame awakens inside her when she is dying, letting her survive and flee into the wasteland. A mysterious shadow Marrow attaches to her and helps her master magic. Under the alias Lady Ash, she seeks revenge step by step, reunites with her close friend Lyra, and uncovers the three-thousand-year sealing conspiracy plotted by Speaker Magnus and Kael to steal the magical gifts of people across the continent. In the end, she destroys the magic core, breaks free from all manipulation, rejects the throne and leaves alone, returning the innate fire power to everyone.
