DramaFlix is not the producer or rights holder of the titles in its catalog. The content consists of productions published on 32 source platforms, collected and presented on our platform.
If you hold the rights to a title and want the content removed, follow the procedure below. We take such requests seriously and act on them quickly.
Send your request to [email protected] with “Takedown Request” in the subject line.
Your request must include:
1. The name of the work you hold rights to, and documentation or an explanation of your rights.
2. The FULL addresses of the pages you want removed (one per line).
3. Your contact details (name, organisation, email).
4. A statement that the use in question is not authorised by the rights holder.
5. A statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to act.
We review and resolve complete requests within 3 business days at the latest. For incomplete requests we will ask you for the missing details, which extends the process.
If the request is upheld, the content is made inaccessible and you are notified.
If your content was removed in error, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. Include the address of the removed content, your identity and your reasons for considering the removal mistaken.
