Krystal has officially signed on to star in Audition 109, a new film directed by and featuring Jung Woo in his directorial debut.
On January 13, Krystal’s agency, Beasts And Natives Alike (BANA), confirmed the exciting news. Audition 109 is the much-anticipated sequel to Jung Woo’s 2009 hit film Wind. The story follows Jjangu, a man from Busan who moves to Seoul in pursuit of his dream of becoming a film actor.
Jung Woo will reprise his iconic role as Jjangu, while Krystal is set to portray Min Hee, Jjangu’s supportive girlfriend. In addition to returning as the lead character, Jung Woo will co-direct the film alongside Oh Sung Ho, marking a significant milestone in his career.
Fans are eagerly awaiting the release of Audition 109, which promises to blend heartfelt storytelling with the unique vision of its talented cast and crew.
