Exciting news for K-drama fans! Jang Ki Yong and Ahn Eun Jin have been confirmed as the lead stars of the upcoming SBS romantic drama Shouldn’t Have Kissed (literal translation).
On January 23, the production team officially announced their casting, revealing that the duo will bring this heartfelt and intriguing romance to life.
Shouldn’t Have Kissed follows the story of Go Da Rim, a single woman who pretends to be a married mother to secure a job, and Gong Ji Hyuk, a team leader at a baby products company. Gong Ji Hyuk is a sharp, driven leader who becomes torn between “impossible love” and “unavoidable love” when Go Da Rim mysteriously disappears after a life-changing kiss.
The drama is helmed by Kim Jae Hyun, the acclaimed director of One Dollar Lawyer, and penned by Ha Yoon Ah and Tae Kyung Min, the talented writers behind Mystic Pop-up Bar.
